Senior Thesis: Mind Milk was designed in response to the rising epidemic of mental health struggles in college students, and encourages an achievable practice of mindfulness in the midst of busy schedules. The solution and final outcome included hand-made agendas with monthly calendars, local mental health resources, a balanced schedule between work and fun, and daily mindful activities ranging from interactive doodling to meditative motion graphics. This project was also executed with a custom identity and logo, reflective of the concept of brain waves, as well as illustrative posters derived from the agenda.
